Today's Fortune

Your day by star sign: school, friends, love and more

How the horoscope works

Enter your birthday and we find your star sign, then show a daily fortune tuned to it. It refreshes every single day.

You get one line each for study, friendship, love and overall luck, plus a lucky item, color and number. It's just for fun, so use it as a little mood booster for the day.

Four fortune categories

  • Study, Tests, homework and focus for the day

  • Friendship, Friend vibes and group-chat energy

  • Love, Butterflies, crushes and timing

  • Overall, The overall flow and luck of your day

A bit more about horoscopes

Star signs come from Western astrology, which splits the sky into twelve stretches and asks which one the sun was crossing on the day you were born. A birthday alone decides your sign here, with no birth time or place involved.

Today's lines are drawn from your birthday mixed with today's date. Open the page again in the evening and you meet the very same reading, and only a new date pulls a new one. Refreshing until you like what you see will not work.

How to use it

Born where two signs meet
If your birthday lands on the day two signs touch, just follow the dates in the table: the twelve ranges are laid out with no overlap. Curious about the neighbor? Read both and keep whichever one fits.
When the reading turns over
When the date flips, all four categories are drawn again at once. Within one day, the same account always sees the same reading, so checking once in the morning is the easy way to use it.
What to do with the lucky item and color
The picks are small things that slip into a bag and colors you can spot in what you already own. Carrying one of them for the day is plenty, and none of it is worth a shopping trip.
One number for small decisions
You get a single number between 1 and 45. Use it the way you would flip a coin: picking a seat, deciding which question to start with, settling a tiny choice fast.

One line per star sign

  • Aries

Starts the moment the idea lands, fast-moving and refreshingly blunt.

  • Taurus

Slow to decide, steady once decided, and fond of comfort.

  • Gemini

Easy to talk to, with interests that keep moving. Boredom is the real enemy.

  • Cancer

Looks after the people close by and picks up on shifts in mood quickly.

  • Leo

Warm and hard to miss, and happy in front of a crowd.

  • Virgo

Notices small differences and likes things tidied up in advance.

  • Libra

Tries not to tip to either side and softens an awkward room.

  • Scorpio

Goes deep once committed, and keeps part of themselves out of view.

  • Sagittarius

Drawn fast to new places and new stories, and cheerfully direct.

  • Capricorn

Builds up one step at a time and takes a promise seriously.

  • Aquarius

Rarely picks the same answer as everyone else, with a clear standard of their own.

  • Pisces

Wide imagination, easily tuned into how others feel, and gentle with it.

Frequently asked questions

Do these fortunes actually come true?
They are made for fun. Each line is drawn from a list written in advance, not from a verified prediction of what lies ahead, so treat it as a mood booster for the day.
Is my birthday stored?
The birthday you enter stays inside this browser. Tap change birthday and it is cleared, and on another device you enter it again.
Does the fortune change every day?
A new date pulls a new reading. Within the same day the lines stay put, so refreshing will not fetch a different fortune.
Do I have to pay to read it?
It is free. Opening your fortune takes one Google sign-in, and there is nothing to pay for beyond that.
Why do sign dates differ from one source to another?
The moment the sun crosses into the next stretch shifts a little each year, and a time zone can push it a day either way. That is why sources disagree by a day, and here the dates in the table are what we go by.
